Biography of Yamashita Tomoyuki

Yamashita Tomoyuki (* 8. November 1885 in Akatsuka; † 23. February 1946 in Los Baños) was a japanischer General. He was 60 years old. His education included Army War College, Cagayan National High School, Imperial Japanese Army Academy, Central Military Preparatory School and Hiroshima Military Preparatory School. He received 5 awards, including Order of the Rising Sun, 1st class, Order of the Golden Kite. His cause of death was hanging to death. He was buried at Tama Cemetery.
