Yury Chernov (* 28. August 1935 in Moscow; † 1. January 2009 in Moscow) was a russian sculptor. He was 73 years old. He studied at Surikov State Academic Institute of Fine Arts. He received 4 awards, including Order of Friendship of Peoples, Order of the Badge of Honour. He was buried at Kuzminskoye Cemetery.
