Biography of Yury Karaulov

Yury Karaulov (* 26. August 1935 in Podolsk; † 5. May 2016) was a russian philologist. He was 80 years old. He studied at Philological Faculty of Moscow State University. He worked at Lomonosov Moscow State University, Russian Language Institute and Moscow State Linguistic University. His awards include USSR State Prize, Order of Friendship of Peoples and Russian President's Prize in the field of education.
