Biografie von Andrew McKellar

Andrew McKellar (* 2. Februar 1910 in Vancouver; † 6. Mai 1960 in Victoria) war kanadischer Astronom. Er wurde 50 Jahre alt. Sein Ausbildung umfasste die Universität von British Columbia, Massachusetts Institute of Technology und die University of California, Berkeley. Er arbeitete unter anderem bei University of Toronto, Dominion Astrophysical Observatory und Massachusetts Institute of Technology. Zu seinen Auszeichnungen zählen Fellow of the Royal Society of Canada und Member of the Order of the British Empire.
