Barbara Clayton (* 2. September 1922 in Liverpool; † 11. Januar 2011) war british pathologist. Sie wurde 88 Jahre alt. Sie studierte an der Universität von Edinburgh. Zu ihren Auszeichnungen zählen Dame Commander of the Order of the British Empire, Fellow of the Academy of Medical Sciences und Fellow of the Royal College of Physicians of London.
