Charlotte Kipling (* 7. Juni 1919; † 9. August 1992) war british statistician and ichthyologist. Sie wurde 73 Jahre alt. Sie studierte an der Newnham College. Sie arbeitete bei Freshwater Biological Association. Zu ihren Auszeichnungen zählen Fellow of the Royal Statistical Society und Fellow of the Royal Society of Biology.
