David C. Morley (* 15. Juni 1923 in Rothwell; † 2. Juli 2009 in Weymouth) war britischer Mediziner. Er wurde 86 Jahre alt. Sein Ausbildung umfasste die St Thomas's Hospital Medical School, Clare College und die Marlborough College. Zu seinen Auszeichnungen zählen Commander of the Order of the British Empire, King Faisal International Prize in Medicine und Fellow of the Royal College of Physicians of London.
