Herbert Morley Fletcher (* 28. Dezember 1864 in Whiston; † 9. September 1950 in Petworth) war british pediatrician. Er wurde 85 Jahre alt. Er war verheiratet mit Ethel Frances Crossley. Sein Ausbildung umfasste die Mill Hill School, Liverpool Institute High School for Boys, Trinity College und die St Bartholomew’s Hospital. Zu seinen Auszeichnungen zählen Fellow of the Royal College of Physicians of London und Ehrendoktor der Queen’s University Belfast.
