Hugh Newell (* 4. Oktober 1830 in Belfast; † 1. Januar 1915 in Bloomfield) war irisch-amerikanischer Maler. Er wurde 84 Jahre alt. Sein Ausbildung umfasste die Royal College of Art, Maryland Institute College of Art, Johns Hopkins University und die Artesis Hogeschool Antwerpen.
