James Forman (* 25. Juli 1915 in Beattock; † 5. Dezember 1990) war scottish general practitioner. Er wurde 75 Jahre alt. Er war verheiratet mit Mabel Alexandra Dorothea Godley. Er arbeitete unter anderem bei Loretto School und Pembroke College. Zu seinen Auszeichnungen zählen Fellowship of the Royal College of Surgeons und Officer of the Order of the British Empire.
