John Exter (* 17. September 1910 in Oak Lawn; † 28. Februar 2006 in Dover) war american economist who founded the Central Bank of Sri Lanka. Er wurde 95 Jahre alt. Sein Ausbildung umfasste die Harvard University, Massachusetts Institute of Technology und die Fletcher School. Er arbeitete bei Vereinte Nationen.
