John Thorne (* 17. Oktober 1888; † 29. April 1964) war administrator in British India. Er wurde 75 Jahre alt. Sein Ausbildung umfasste die Balliol College und die Blundell's School. Er wurde mit dem Knight Commander of the Order of the Indian Empire ausgezeichnet.
