Robert Duncan Bell (* 18. Mai 1878 in Edinburgh; † 24. Mai 1953) war acting governor of Bombay during the British Raj in 1937. Er wurde 75 Jahre alt. Sein Ausbildung umfasste die George Heriot's School, Universität von Edinburgh und die Trinity College.
