William Woolsey Johnson (* 23. Juni 1841 in Owego; † 14. Mai 1927 in Baltimore) war american mathematician, who was one of the founders of the American Mathematical Society. Er wurde 85 Jahre alt. Er studierte an der Yale University. Er arbeitete unter anderem bei US Nautical Almanac Office, United States Naval Academy, Kenyon College und St. John's College, Annapolis.
