Alan Musgrave (* 5. June 1940 in Ashton-under-Lyne; † 20. January 2026 in Dunedin) was a new Zealand philosopher. He was 85 years old. He studied at London School of Economics and Political Science. His awards include Fellow of the Royal Society Te Apārangi, Fellow of the New Zealand Academy of the Humanities and University of Otago Distinguished Research Medal.
