Albert Chartier (* 16. June 1912 in Montreal; † 21. February 2004 in Saint-Charles-Borromée) was a kanadischer Zeichner und Karikaturist. He was 91 years old. His education included High School of Montreal and École des beaux-arts de Montréal. His awards include Canadian Comic Book Hall of Fame and Giants of the North Canadian Cartoonist Hall of Fame.
