Alexander Alexandrowitsch Reformatski (* 16. October 1900 in Moscow; † 3. May 1978 in Moscow) was a soviet linguist. He was 77 years old. His education included Faculty of Social Sciences of Moscow State University and Lomonosov Moscow State University. He worked at Institute of Linguistics of the Russian Academy of Sciences and Lomonosov Moscow State University. He was awarded the Order of the Badge of Honour. He was buried at Vostryakovo Cemetery.
