Biography of Alexandr Boyarchuk

Alexandr Boyarchuk (* 21. June 1931 in Grozny; † 10. August 2015 in Moscow) was a russian physicist and astronomer. He was 84 years old. He studied at Mathematics and Mechanics Faculty, St. Petersburg State University. He worked at Institute of Astronomy of the Russian Academy of Sciences. He received 8 awards, including USSR State Prize, Order of Honour. He was buried at Troyekurovskoye cemetery.
