Biography of Alfred Goldie

Alfred Goldie (* 10. December 1920 in Coseley; † 8. October 2005 in Barrow-in-Furness) was a britischer Mathematiker. He was 84 years old. His education included St John's College, University of Cambridge and Wolverhampton Grammar School. He worked at University of Leeds, University of Nottingham, British Army, Royal Arsenal and Newcastle University. He was awarded the Senior Berwick Prize.
