Biography of Alfred Weber

Alfred Weber (* 30. July 1868 in Erfurt; † 2. May 1958 in Heidelberg) was a deutscher Soziologe und Nationalökonom. He was 89 years old. His education included University of Tübingen, University of Bonn and Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin. He worked at Heidelberg University, Charles University and Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin. He was awarded the Pour le Mérite for Sciences and Arts order. He was buried at Bergfriedhof.
