Anatoly Gayev (* 1. April 1907 in Nizhny Tagil; † 16. July 1954 in Chelyabinsk) was an one of the Soviet city managers in Chelyabinsk. He was 47 years old. He was awarded the Medal "For Valiant Labour in the Great Patriotic War 1941–1945". He was buried at Mitrofanovskoe Cemetery.
