Biography of Andrey Selikhov

Andrey Selikhov (* 4. July 1928 in Moscow; † 10. August 1991 in Zhukovsky) was a soviet scientist in mechanics and strength of an aircraft structures, recipient of the Lenin Prize. He was 63 years old. He studied at Moscow Aviation Institute. He worked at Central Aerohydrodynamic Institute and Moscow Institute of Physics and Technology. He received 5 awards, including Order of the October Revolution, Order of the Red Banner of Labour. He was buried at Bykovo cemetery.
