Biography of Andrzej Grzegorczyk

Andrzej Grzegorczyk (* 22. August 1922 in Warsaw; † 20. March 2014 in Warsaw) was a polnischer Mathematiker, Logiker und Philosoph. He was 91 years old. His education included University of Warsaw and Jagiellonian University. He worked at University of Warsaw. His faith was Catholic Church. He received 4 awards, including Stefan Banach Prize, honorary doctor of the Jagiellonian University of Krakow. He was buried at Cmentarz parafialny w Pruszkowie.
