Arnold Bakke (* 17. February 1872 in Hamar; † 7. March 1956) was a norwegian-swiss chocolate chemist. He was 84 years old. His education included University of Oslo and Kiel University. He worked at Kapp Melkefabrikk and Nestlé. He was awarded the St. Olav's Medal.
