B. Leo Raktoe (* 2. August 1932 in Paramaribo; † 13. November 2009 in Singapore) was a surinamese-Canadian statistician. He was 77 years old. His education included Tropische Landbouwschool and Cornell University. He worked at University of Guelph and Ministry of Agriculture, Livestock and Fishery. His awards include Fellow of the American Statistical Association and Fellow of the Institute of Mathematical Statistics.
