Biography of Barbara Wootton

Barbara Wootton (* 14. April 1897 in Cambridge; † 11. July 1988 in Surrey) was a britische Soziologin, Wirtschaftswissenschaftlerin und Kriminologin. She was 91 years old. Her education included Girton College and Stephen Perse Foundation. She worked at Bedford College, Girton College, Morley College, Labour Party, University of London and Trades Union Congress. She was awarded the Companion of Honour. She was buried at Golders Green Crematorium.
