Biography of Christopher Hitchens

Christopher Hitchens (* 13. April 1949 in Portsmouth; † 15. December 2011 in Houston) was an english American author and journalist. He was 62 years old. He was married to Eleni Meleagrou and Carol Blue. His education included University of Oxford, The Leys School and Balliol College. He received 6 awards, including Richard Dawkins Award, PEN/Diamonstein-Spielvogel Award for the Art of the Essay. His cause of death was esophageal cancer.
