Biography of Edmund Blunden

Edmund Blunden (* 1. November 1896 in London; † 20. January 1974 in Long Melford) was an englischer Dichter. He was 77 years old. His education included Christ's Hospital, The Queen's College and Maidstone Grammar School. He worked at University of Oxford. His awards include Military Cross, King’s / Queen’s Gold Medal for Poetry and Hawthornden Prize. He was buried at Holy Trinity Church, Long Melford.
