Biography of Edward L. Cochrane

Edward L. Cochrane (* 18. March 1892 in Mare Island; † 14. November 1959 in New Haven) was an united States admiral. He was 67 years old. His education included University of Pennsylvania, United States Naval Academy, Naval Postgraduate School, Massachusetts Institute of Technology School of Engineering and Naval War College. He received 4 awards, including Honorary Knight Commander of the Order of the British Empire, Doctor of Law (honorary). His cause of death was myocardial infarction. He was buried at Arlington National Cemetery.
