Elena Gurova (* 30. December 1908 in Moscow; † 30. January 1989 in Moscow) was a soviet surgeon, scientist and health care manager. She was 80 years old. Her awards include Jubilee Medal "Forty Years of Victory in the Great Patriotic War 1941–1945", Order of the Red Banner of Labour and Order of the Badge of Honour. She was buried at Zaraysk.
