Élie de Riols de Fonclare (* 16. January 1857 in Lalinde; † 10. December 1944 in Val-de-Grâce) was a french military personnel. He was 87 years old. He studied at École Spéciale Militaire de Saint-Cyr. His awards include Grand Cross of the Legion of Honour, Croix de guerre 1914–1918 and Montyon Prize.
