Eliška Wagnerová (* 7. September 1948 in Kladno; † 18. January 2025) was a czech politician, judge, attorney and university educator. She was 76 years old. She was married to Arnošt Wagner. Her education included Faculty of Law, Charles University in Prague and Masaryk University Faculty of Arts. She was awarded the Lawyer of the Year.
