Biography of Emil Theodor Kocher

Emil Theodor Kocher (* 25. August 1841 in Bern; † 27. July 1917 in Bern) was a schweizer Chirurg, Nobelpreis 1909. He was 75 years old. He had at least 1 child (1 son). He studied at University of Bern. He worked at University of Bern. His awards include Nobel Prize in Physiology or Medicine and honorary Fellow of the Royal College of Surgeons. He was buried at Bremgarten cemetery.
