Emmon Bach (* 12. June 1929 in Kumamoto; † 28. November 2014 in Oxford) was an uS-amerikanischer Linguist. He was 85 years old. His education included University of Chicago and University of Tübingen. He worked at University of Massachusetts Amherst, SOAS, University of London, University of Texas at Austin, Queens College and City University of New York. He was awarded the Fulbright Scholarship. His cause of death was pneumonia.
