Biography of Estella Leopold

Estella Leopold (* 8. January 1927 in Madison; † 25. February 2024 in Seattle) was an uS-Amerikanische Botanikerin. She was 97 years old. Her education included University of Wisconsin–Madison, University of California, Berkeley and Yale University. She worked at United States Geological Survey and University of Washington. Her awards include Paleontological Society Medal, International Cosmos Prize and Wilbur Cross Medal.
