Biography of Felix Browder

Felix Browder (* 31. July 1927 in Moscow; † 10. December 2016 in Princeton) was an uS-amerikanischer Mathematiker. He was 89 years old. His education included Princeton University, Massachusetts Institute of Technology and Yonkers High School. He worked at Rutgers University, University of Chicago, Massachusetts Institute of Technology, Boston University, United States Army, Brandeis University and Yale University. He received 4 awards, including Guggenheim Fellowship, doctor honoris causa from the Pierre and Marie Curie University. He was buried at Princeton Cemetery.
