Frank R. Palmer (* 9. April 1922 in England; † 1. November 2019) was an englischer Linguist, Autor. He was 97 years old. He studied at New College. He worked at SOAS, University of London, Bangor University and University of Reading. He was awarded the Fellow of the British Academy.
