Biography of Freda Briggs

Freda Briggs (* 1. December 1930 in Huddersfield; † 7. April 2016 in Royal Adelaide Hospital) was an australian child protection expert. She was 85 years old. Her education included University of Warwick, University of Sheffield, La Trobe University and Royds Hall Community School. She worked at University of South Australia, Metropolitan Police and University of Bristol. Her awards include Centenary Medal and Officer of the Order of Australia.
