Fyodor Burtsev (* 27. June 1923 in Gremyacheye, Novomoskovsk; † 4. May 2003 in Moscow) was a soviet test pilot, Hero of the Soviet Union. He was 79 years old. His education included Borisoglebsk Higher Aviators School and Fedotov Test Pilot School. He received 8 awards, including Order of the Red Banner, Order of Lenin. He was buried at Danilov Cemetery.
