Biography of George Chrystal

George Chrystal (* 8. March 1851 in Oldmeldrum; † 3. November 1911 in Edinburgh) was a schottischer Mathematiker. He was 60 years old. His education included University of Aberdeen, Peterhouse and University of Cambridge. He worked at University of St Andrews and University of Edinburgh. He received 4 awards, including Royal Medal, Smith's Prize. He was buried at Foveran Parish Church, Foveran.
