Biography of George Howard Herbig

George Herbig (* 2. January 1920 in Wheeling; † 12. October 2013 in Honolulu) was an american astronomer. He was 93 years old. His education included University of California, Berkeley and University of California, Los Angeles. He received 4 awards, including Petrie Prize Lecture, Helen B. Warner Prize for Astronomy.
