Biography of Georges Pouchet

Georges Pouchet (* 26. February 1833 in Rouen; † 29. March 1894 in Paris) was a french naturalist and anatomist. He was 61 years old. He studied at Lycée Pierre-Corneille. He worked at Muséum national d'histoire naturelle and Science Faculty of Paris. His awards include Knight of the Legion of Honour and Serres prize. He was buried at Père Lachaise Cemetery.
