Biography of Giray Bairov

Giray Bairov (* 2. May 1922 in Alushta; † 6. July 1999 in Saint Petersburg) was a crimean Tatar pediatric surgeon. He was 77 years old. His education included I.M. Sechenov First Moscow State Medical University and Saratov State Medical University. He worked at Saint Petersburg State Pediatric Medical University. He received 6 awards, including Order of the Patriotic War, 1st class, Order of the Red Banner of Labour. He was buried at Smolenskoye Orthodox Cemetery.
