Biography of Gustave Choquet

Gustave Choquet (* 1. March 1915 in Solesmes; † 14. November 2006 in 5th arrondissement of Lyon) was a französischer Mathematiker. He was 91 years old. He was married to Yvonne Choquet-Bruhat. His education included École Normale Supérieure, Science Faculty of Paris, Lycée Saint-Louis and Princeton University. He worked at University of Paris, École polytechnique, Grenoble Alpes University, French Armed Forces, National Center for Scientific Research and Jagiellonian University. He received 5 awards, including Officer of the Legion of Honour, Prix de l'Etat.
