Biography of Helmuth von Pannwitz

Helmuth von Pannwitz (* 14. October 1898 in Bodzanowice; † 16. January 1947 in Moscow) was a deutscher Offizier und Generalleutnant im Zweiten Weltkrieg. He was 48 years old. He received 10 awards, including Honorary Knight of the Order of St John, Knight's Cross of the Iron Cross with Oak Leaves. His cause of death was hanging to death.
