Biography of Herbert John Clifford Grierson

Herbert John Clifford Grierson (* 16. January 1866 in Lerwick; † 19. February 1960 in Cambridge) was a british scholar. He was 94 years old. He was married to Mary Laetitia Ogston and Margaret Storrs Grierson. His education included Christ Church and University of Aberdeen. He worked at University of Edinburgh. His awards include Knight Bachelor and honorary doctor of the University of Bordeaux.
