Irina Prostakova (* 31. December 1938 in Perm; † 18. June 2020 in Moscow) was a soviet/Russian engineer, scientist. She was 81 years old. She studied at Bauman Moscow State Technical University. She worked at Central Scientific Research Institute of Chemistry and Mechanics and Moscow Polytechnic University. She was awarded the State Prize of the Russian Federation in Science and Technology.
