Biography of Ishikawa Kaoru

Ishikawa Kaoru (* 13. July 1915 in Tokyo; † 16. April 1989 in Japan) was a japanischer Chemiker, entwickelte Ishikawa-Diagramm. He was 73 years old. He studied at University of Tokyo. He worked at University of Tokyo and Tokyo City University. His awards include Shewhart Medallist of the American Society for Quality Control : Mr. L. H. C. Tippett and Shewhart Medal. His cause of death was watershed stroke.
