Biography of I︠U︡. M. Koli︠a︡gin

I︠U︡. M. Koli︠a︡gin (* 25. April 1927 in Krasnoyarsk; † 7. November 2016 in Moscow) was a university teacher. He was 89 years old. He studied at State University of Education. His awards include Excellence in Public Education of the RSFSR and Medal "In Commemoration of the 850th Anniversary of Moscow".
