Ivan Mashkivsky (* 16. October 1930 in Ositna; † 25. February 2015 in Moscow) was a soviet/Russian aviation engineer, chairman of the USSR State Aviation Authority. He was 84 years old. He studied at Kyiv Aviation University. He worked at Ministry of Civil Aviation of the USSR, State Supervisory Commission for Flight Safety and Ministry of Transport of the Russian Federation.
